Data cabling installation

Data cabling.
Done properly.

A reliable network starts with the cables behind it. We design, install and test business data cabling, from a few new outlets to a complete building fit-out.

The foundations of your network

From the first cable
to the final connection.

One team to plan the routes, install the infrastructure
and get the details right.

Copper data cabling

Cat 5e, Cat 6 and Cat 6a outlets for desks, meeting rooms and everyday devices. We help choose the cabling to suit your space and plans.

Fibre links & termination

Fibre runs between cabinets, floors or buildings, with termination, splicing and testing. The route, distance and equipment guide the design.

Cabinets & patch panels

New network cabinets, patch panels and cable management. Clearly identified connections make equipment easier to find, maintain and change.

Moves, additions & upgrades

More desks, a new office or a changing layout? Extend your network, relocate outlets and remove redundant cabling as part of an agreed plan.

Connections for every device

Cable runs for Wi-Fi access points, IP phones and network cameras, as well as computers. Put connections where your people and devices need them.

Testing & fault finding

Track down damaged links and troublesome outlets. We test installed cabling and provide results so you have a useful record of your network.

A little care goes a long way

Order behind the scenes.
Confidence at every desk.

A considered installation makes day-to-day support easier and leaves room for your next change.

Tidy by design

A cabinet that makes sense.

We organise patching, route cables neatly and agree an outlet labelling scheme. Clear records and accessible equipment help the person supporting your network find the right connection.

For an existing cabinet, we identify what is in use before planning a tidy-up. Changes and any necessary downtime are agreed with you.

Think beyond one room

Bring the whole site together.

Fibre links connect different parts of your premises. We look at the distances, available routes and equipment at each end to recommend a suitable design.

Installation, termination and testing are planned together. If an existing fibre link needs attention, we can investigate the fault and discuss a repair.

A clear plan from the start

Know what happens next, from the first conversation
to the network handover.

  1. Understand your site

We review the layout, devices, existing cabling and routes, including where you expect to grow.

  2. Agree the scope

A clear quote sets out the outlets, materials, work and testing. We agree access and a practical schedule.

  3. Install with care

We run, terminate and label the cabling, keeping your working environment in mind throughout.

  4. Test & hand over

We check the links and share the results and outlet information, ready for use and future support.

Before we get started

A few practical
questions.

Have a floor plan, an outlet list or just an idea of what needs fixing? Any of those is a useful place to start.

Ask the team
Which type of cable do I need?

We’ll discuss your devices, cable routes, budget and future plans before recommending copper or fibre. You don’t need to arrive with a specification already written.

Can you work with our existing network?

Yes. We can assess the current outlets and cabinet, add connections and investigate faults. We’ll explain which parts can be retained and what would benefit from an upgrade.

Will the installation interrupt our work?

We agree the access arrangements and any changes to live connections before starting. Tell us your busy times and access restrictions so we can plan the work around them.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Your location, the areas to be connected and an approximate outlet count are helpful. Photos or a floor plan can also help us understand the site and arrange the right next step.
